We’re confident in the effectiveness, durability, and craftsmanship of our crowd control equipment. However, to ensure clarity and fairness, our warranty is subject to the following terms and conditions:
01Coverage Period and Scope
- Duration: 7 years from the date of first delivery
- Defect Coverage: Free from defects in materials and workmanship
- Inspection Process: Crowd Control Systems will inspect reported defects to confirm their presence upon delivery
- Repair or Replacement: At our discretion, we will repair or replace defective goods
- Warranty Period Consistency: The original 7-year warranty period applies to repaired or replaced items
02Warranty Limitations
Our warranty does not cover losses, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Improper maintenance by the customer
- Incorrect use or assembly contrary to provided guidelines
- Use beyond specified purposes
- Continued use of visibly defective goods
- Normal wear and tear
- Unforeseeable incidents or events
- Unauthorised alterations to the product
03Liability Limits
In accordance with Australian law, our liability for defective goods is limited to:
- Replacement or repair of goods
- Supply of equivalent goods
- Payment of costs associated with the above actions
04Warranty Exclusions
- This warranty does not extend to products purchased from our customers (second-hand or resold items).
